Within around two weeks, you're matched with a mentor based on your career aspirations, grades, personality and interests.
30-minute Zoom sessions with your mentor, weekly or biweekly depending on their availability.
After six weeks of sessions, you receive an official Mentorea certificate.
When matching you with a mentor, we look at your future career aspirations, GCSE and A-level subjects and predicted grades, personality, personal interests, and your answers to the application, including a short personality quiz designed to pair you with a mentor whose style fits how you like to learn and be supported.
